Full Figure Yoga
This Hatha Yoga practice is tailored to the needs and concerns of round-bodied beginner students. Each class covers a full range of yoga postures, breathing and meditation exercises. As required, students are provided with modifications and adjustments appropriate to larger bodies. While developing core strength and flexibility, as well as calmness and peace of mind, students learn the skills to feel comfortable attending any Yoga class while using their own personal modifications and informing instructors on their particular needs based on this experience.
